Family Law Solicitor offers advice with a friendly touch

A family law solicitor has started her own firm with the ethos of “a friend to talk to you and an expert to act for you”.

Kerry Smith, launched KJ Smith Solicitors in Henley, in 2009. She specialises in family law, providing advice on divorce, children’s issues, domestic violence and pre-nuptial agreements.

Her aim is to put together a friendly, approachable and efficient team of people who are able to provide the right service for each client. The right outcome varies from client to client,. the aim is for clients to feel as relaxed as possible. To feel that they can just pop in for a chat or a meeting.Mrs Smith studied law at Nottingham University before qualifying as a solicitor at Guildford Law School in 1994. She has handled more than 1,000 cases and always planned to specialise in family law.
